Compassionate Communities survey

28 August 2012
Are you developing Compassionate Communities in end of life care? Let us know what you are doing!

We know that there is some great work going on, but we would like to find out more - who’s doing what, how communities are engaged, and how best to learn and share examples of good practice.

The Dying Matters Coalition, working with Murray Hall Community Trust (a health development charity in the West Midlands), is keen to build up a picture of what is going on within this emerging theme.

If you are involved in, work to develop, or have involvement in Compassionate Communities in end of life care in the last few years, or know of others doing this work, please help us by filling in our quick survey at: dyingmatters.nativeye.com/compassionate-communities

The deadline for the survey is Monday 1 October, so please submit your answers before then.
